E-scooter driver killed in Gardner identified as 38-year-old Baldwinville man

GARDNER – Bradley Arsenault, 38, of Baldwinville, has been identified as the driver of the e-scooter who passed away in an accident last week.

According to the Worcester District Attorney’s Office, just before 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 6, the e-scooter driven by Arsenault was struck by a Honda Pilot on 591 West Broadway, near Pete’s Tire Barn.

Arsenault was found deceased at the scene.  

The driver of the Honda, a Templeton woman whose child was her passenger, remained on scene following the accident.

Neither the woman nor her child injured in the accident. Officials have not released the woman’s name yet.

The Gardner Police Department and Massachusetts State Police are still investigating the cause of the crash.

No charges have been filed as of Monday.
