“I am aware that Frank’s MA [Massachusetts] license status has been suspended for many years,” Officer Monaco said. Adding, “There was a middle-aged white male in the driver’s seat that looked like Frank Aucoin. I checked Frank’s license status and confirmed that it was still suspended for non-payment of child support.”

Chief Monaco said he pulled up to the vehicle and made contact with the driver, confirming it was Frank Aucoin.

“Frank was aware that his license was suspended and he explained he needed to drop the kids off at the bus stop,” Chief Monaco said.

Aucoin was issued a criminal complaint citation for the following:

  • Operating Motor Vehicle with License Suspended, Subsequent Offense

“Frank was advised that further violations would likely result in his arrest and that Laura Adkins would be criminally charged for knowingly allowing him to operate her vehicle,” Chief Monaco said. “Frank was polite and respectful during the encounter.”

Aucoin’s arraignment was scheduled for May 22, 2025 in East Brookfield District Court.
