WORCESTER — On Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at approximately 5:35 p.m., officers with the Worcester Police Gang Unit executed a search warrant at a Chilmark Street apartment.
According to a statement posted to social media by the Worcester Police Department, when officers arrived on scene, they observed the target of the warrant, Onix Aviles, 24, exit the apartment and get into a white SUV.
Officers detained Aviles and then entered the apartment.
During their inventory of the apartment, the Worcester Police Department said that officers located over 1,000 grams of crack cocaine and powder cocaine, along with various packaging materials.
Aviles was placed under arrested and charged with:
- Trafficking in a Class B Substance Over 200 Grams
