WEBSTER — Five people were arrested on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, during a warrant apprehension operation conducted by the Webster Police Department’s Special Services Unit.
According to a statement from the Webster Police Department, the operation focused on locating and arresting wanted individuals residing in the Webster community.
The following individuals were arrested as part of the operation:

Jeffrey Marrier, 53, of Killdeer Road, Webster, was arrested on a warrant for assault with a dangerous weapon. The charge stemmed from an incident in Webster during which Marrier allegedly pulled a knife on a random victim following a road-rage incident.

Louis Rock III, 52, of Elaine Street, Webster, was arrested on three outstanding warrants. According to the Webster Police Department, the original charges on the warrants were:
- Resist Arrest
- Vandalize Property
- Assault & Battery on Family/Household Member
- Intimidation of a Witness
During his arrest, Rock allegedly attempted to lock himself inside a basement apartment to evade officers, prompting forced entry and a brief struggle before he was taken into custody. In addition to the warrants, Rock was charged with resisting arrest. Police said Rock was on active probation and had 75 criminal charges on his Massachusetts record at the time of his arrest.
Anna Szwarc, 41, of Klebart Avenue, Webster, was arrested on seven outstanding warrants. Police said the original charges on the warrants included:
- Disorderly Conduct (three counts)
- Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (two counts)
- Resist Arrest (four counts)
- Annoying Telephone Calls (three counts)
- False 911 Calls
- Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
- Disturbing the Peace

Jerome Clark, 45, of Chase Avenue, Webster, was arrested on a warrant for the following:
- Assault to Rape a Child (two counts)
- Indecent Assault & Battery on a Person 14 or Over
- Strangulation or Suffocation

Terence Graves, 34, of Nelson Street, Webster, was arrested on a warrant for:
- Assault & Battery on Family/Household Member
Police said Graves had 101 criminal charges on his Massachusetts record at the time of his arrest.
