โ€œThe reporting party stated that a male with black pants, a blue jacket, and a dog, along with a white female, with blue pants, and a hat had shoplifted from the business approximately fifteen minutes prior, and the reporting party believed they were still on foot in the lot of White City,โ€ Officer Juaire said.

The female suspect, later identified as Nicole Sanches, was located near the Burger King at 53 Boston Turnpike.

According to police, Nicole Sanches, 30, is a resident of Hudson, MA.

โ€œShe was located by witnesses stating the female in question had fled behind Burger King, where the officer later located her,โ€ Officer Juaire said. โ€œSanches admitted to taking items, advertised for sale by Five Below, and concealing them inside two pink duffel bags, before exiting the business, bypassing all points of sale, without attempting to pay for the merchandise.โ€

Officer Juaire said $550.63 in merchandise was stolen from the business. Sanches was also found to have an active warrant out of Clinton District Court for a charge of possession of a Class A drug stemming from a March 31, 2023, incident in Bolton, Massachusetts.

Nicole Sanches, 30, of Hudson was arrested and charged with the following:

  • Larceny Under $1,200
  • Warrant Arrest

Sanchesโ€™ arraignment was scheduled for the morning of May 11, 2026, in Westborough District Court.
