WEBSTER — On Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers with the Webster Police Department’s Special Services and K9 units executed a search warrant at 22 Myrtle Avenue.
According to a statement from the Webster Police Department, the search warrant followed a joint investigation into the sale and distribution of illegal drugs across multiple communities in southern Worcester County and northern Rhode Island.

According to police, the target of the search warrant was 29-year-old Tre Paniss of 22 Myrtle Avenue, Apt. 1, Webster, MA.
Over the past several months, Webster police detectives, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents, task force officers, and members of the Blackstone Valley Drug Task Force investigated Paniss for allegedly distributing cocaine and crack cocaine throughout southern Worcester County.

“During the course of the investigation, Detective Sergeant Christopher Trainor applied for and was granted a search warrant out of the Dudley District Court,” the Webster Police Department said in its statement. “As a result of the search warrant, approximately 24 grams of crack cocaine and 11 grams of powdered cocaine were located. Officers and agents also located scales and drug packaging material.”
Tre Paniss was arrested and charged with the following:
- Trafficking Cocaine 18-36 Grams
- Possess to Distribute Class B Drug
