FRAMINGHAM — On Saturday, March 21, 2026, at approximately 12:44 p.m., the Framingham Police Department responded to a two-vehicle crash in the area of Worcester Road and Country Club Lane.
According to the Framingham Police Department, the crash occurred on the westbound side of Worcester Road (Route 9). The operator of one of the involved vehicles, a 73-year-old man, was transported by ambulance to UMass Memorial Medical Center with minor injuries. The 73-year-old man’s passenger, an 85-year-old woman, was transported by medical helicopter to UMass Memorial Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.
The operator of the second vehicle, a 30-year-old man, remained at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
No charges have been filed at this time.
The crash remains under investigation by the Framingham Police Department, Massachusetts State Police, and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.
