LEOMINSTER — On Monday, July 27, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Leominster Police Officer Marjus Zylyftari was dispatched to Christopher’s Pub at 7 Mount Pleasant Avenue following a report of trespassing.

According to Officer Zylyftari, it was the second time police had been called to the pub within approximately 30 minutes regarding Mark Pearl, who the caller said had been trespassed from the location.
“Dispatch also confirmed that there is an active trespass order entered,” Officer Zylyftari said. “Mark is trespassed from this location indefinitely.”
According to police, Mark A. Pearl, 36, is a resident of Fitchburg, MA.
In January 2025, Pearl, who is a stepson of an employee of Christopher’s Pub, was charged with vandalism for denting his stepfather’s 2007 BMW SUV in multiple places and drawing several Patriots logos on it while it was parked behind the pub.
When Officer Zylyftari arrived on scene, he found Pearl sitting at the pub’s rear entrance.
“I told Mark that he could not be here and that he was trespassing,” Officer Zylyftari said. “Mark agreed and complied by placing his hands behind his back. I handcuffed Mark and double locked for safety.”
Pearl was then transported to the Leominster Police Department for booking.

Officer Zylyftari reported that a review of Pearl’s board of probation record showed multiple previous guilty findings for trespassing.
Pearl was arraigned in Leominster District Court on July 28, 2026. Following his arraignment, he was released on $1,000 cash bail under the condition that he stay away from Christopher’s Pub.
During Pearl’s arraignment, Judge Mark Noonan denied a motion from the Commonwealth to revoke Pearl’s bail. Judge Noonan denied a second motion by the Commonwealth to revoke Pearl’s bail on Aug. 3.
Pearl’s next court date is a pretrial conference hearing scheduled for Aug. 10, 2026.
