Webster police say a man admitted to firing a handgun during a late-night disturbance involving neighbors, tasers, and reported gunfire near the Massachusetts–Connecticut border. Following an investigation that utilized drones and multiple K9 officers, a Webster man was arrested and charged with discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building dwelling and assault with a deadly weapon.

Police say a Webster man was arrested after meeting briefly with a known drug dealer outside a local pub, then resisting officers and discarding suspected narcotics before he was taken into custody.
